Dana Levine is a trusted advisor to retail and consumer experience brands and their investors. As a Partner at Kirk Palmer Associates, she leads complex executive search assignments that reshape leadership teams and accelerate growth.
With clients ranging from LVMH to PetSmart, Rhone to Crocs, and Cava to Framebridge, Dana's team works with diverse businesses at pivotal inflection points: founders preparing to scale, Private Equity firms driving value creation, and public companies undergoing transformation. Her extensive network, transparent and data-driven approach, and unwavering commitment to the process enable her to consistently recruit “ungettable” talent and place high-impact leaders in critical roles.
Dana joined Kirk Palmer Associates in 2014 after gaining extensive operational experience in merchandising, planning, digital, and stores roles at GAP, Ralph Lauren, and Loro Piana. This industry foundation, combined with her lifelong passion for retail, brings authenticity and depth to her practice.
When not immersed in her searches, Dana enjoys reading, hiking, running, and what she calls "competitive shopping"—both online and in-store. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
