Andrew brings more than 16 years of experience scaling high-growth restaurant brands. Prior to joining Pura Vida Miami, he spent over a decade at Shake Shack, helping guide the company's development from its original New York City location into a globally recognized brand. Throughout his career, he has built expertise in real estate strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, and multi-unit growth.
