In his role as Senior Partner, Kyle leads a thriving search practice and drives the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion efforts helping clients recruit talent from a range of backgrounds and experiences.

Kyle began his career as a successful merchant, then his passion for putting the pieces of the talent puzzle together to create a stronger organization led to a promotion into HR where he rapidly moved through various roles focused on ecommerce, merchandising, stores, marketing, and operations. He applies his uncanny assessment abilities and service-centric people skills to understand candidate capabilities, client needs and corporate culture.
