Katie McNeil has been named Vice President of Apparel and Shoes at PGA Tour Superstore, where she will lead category strategy, assortment planning, and vendor partnerships for the company's apparel and footwear business. Katie brings nearly two decades of retail merchandising expertise to the role, with a track record of building high-performing categories, developing vendor relationships, and driving growth across large-scale retail operations.

Katie's career spans specialty, off-price, and department store retail. Most recently, she served as VP, Divisional Merchandise Manager of Women's Apparel at Ross Stores, where she owned a multi-category P&L across 2,000+ locations and built the Young Contemporary division from the ground up. Prior to Ross, she held buying and leadership roles at Dillard's.
