Lafayette 148 New York has appointed Leland Kass as Chief Marketing Officer, where she will lead global marketing strategy and drive brand growth, e-commerce expansion and customer engagement across all channels.
Kass is a marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience driving brand growth through integrated, customer-centric strategies across luxury and lifestyle brands. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, PR and E-commerce at Maria Tash, where she led a multi-channel global team spanning e-commerce, digital marketing, PR, social media, partnerships and VIP relations, playing a key role in elevating brand positioning, expanding retail internationally and delivering significant e-commerce gains through site replatforming, performance marketing and enhanced customer experience. Prior to Maria Tash, she served as Vice President of Consumer & Digital Marketing at Rag & Bone, where she built and led the integrated marketing function, strengthening brand positioning and driving growth across retail, e-commerce and wholesale through data-driven customer strategies and creative execution.
