Truley Welch is an exceptional project manager and recruitment coordinator with more than a decade of experience supporting high touch professional services executives.

In her role as Search Manager at Kirk Palmer Associates, Truley drives the engagement process with high attention to detail, curiosity, and proactiveness to ensure clients and candidates feel prioritized and valued.

Prior to joining the firm, Truley gained extensive exposure to white glove customer experiences in best-in-class firms spanning management consulting, financial services and executive search. Prior to joining the firm, she was a project manager in the CEO and Board Practice at Heidrick & Struggles.

Additionally, Truley is a trained vocalist and opera singer.
