A.L.C. named Jennifer Somer as Chief Executive Officer.

Somer brings over 20 years of experience to the fashion brand, with demonstrated results driving growth, transformation, and brand building across the consumer industry. She has led global brands through strategic initiatives spanning omnichannel marketplace management, digital transformation, product strategy, and brand positioning, with a focus on operational execution and profitability.

Most recently, she served as President, Americas at Dr. Martens, where she led regional transformation efforts across DTC, digital, and operations. Previously, she spent six years at Deckers Brands as Global General Manager of UGG where she was part of the team that led a brand and product led business transformation resulting in growth from $1.2bn to nearly $3bn and significant increase in shareholder value. Her earlier experience includes senior P&L and merchandising leadership roles at Delta Apparel (Junk Food Clothing), HSN, Design Within Reach, and bebe.
