Reyn Spooner appointed Melissa Yara as VP Retail, where she will provide strategic leadership for the brand’s retail division, overseeing its existing stores, pop-ups, and future locations. She will also lead the channel’s national expansion, pursuing new store opportunities across markets on the mainland.

Melissa brings more than 30 years of experience in multi-unit apparel retail, most of it with Gap Inc. most recently, she served as District Manager for Old Navy across the Hawaiian Islands and Alaska, and before that, she spent two decades at Banana Republic. Her background spans talent development, customer insight, visual merchandising, and store operations.
