Martin Kronbuegel has been named Vice President, Apparel at Bauer Hockey, the world's leading manufacturer of quality hockey equipment. In this role, he will lead the strategic growth and commercial success of the brand's apparel category, bringing a merchant's eye that blends consumer insight, brand vision, and operational discipline to build a scalable, profitable, and brand-right business.

Kronbuegel brings more than 20 years of experience across product management, merchandising, and brand strategy in the global athletic and lifestyle industry. He joins Bauer from HUGO BOSS, where he served as Head of Global Product Management for BOSS Green Menswear, the brand's Active Sport Lifestyle line. Prior to that, he led category merchandising and go-to-market strategy for outdoor apparel at Salomon and served as Product Marketing Lead – Wearables at Catapult. Kronbuegel spent more than a decade at PUMA Group, most recently as Director of the Regional Creation Center, Americas.
