Lovesac has appointed Jessi Kauppi as Vice President of Stores, overseeing all physical stores and customer service channels to drive operational excellence and elevate the brand experience at the Designed for Life™ furniture company.

Kauppi is a retail operations leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning multi-unit management, go-to-market strategy, and team development. Most recently, she led communications and training strategy for enterprise-wide vehicle launches at Ford Motor Company. Prior to Ford, she spent more than 16 years at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, serving as Director, Lush USA and Head of Retail, where she oversaw sales and operational strategy across 260+ stores and spearheaded omnichannel initiatives.
