Phoenix Retail has appointed John Hauser as Senior Vice President of Stores for Express & Bonobos, where he will lead store operations and brand strategy across the retailer's network of stores.

Hauser is a retail executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth through brand strategy and store operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President, West Territory at Old Navy, leading a $1.9 billion, 370-store region to a record-breaking sales year in 2021. He previously served as Vice President & General Manager, Brand Execution for Old Navy Canada, growing sales by $76 million and making the $850 million region the company's first omni-business. Earlier, Hauser spent 23 years at Urban Outfitters, rising from Store Manager to Chief Retail Officer, where he grew sales from $728 million to $1.3 billion while expanding the footprint from 75 to 200 stores.
