Karl Trepanier has been named Chief Operating Officer at TSG-backed PHLUR where he will lead the modern fragrance brand's global operations as the company builds out the infrastructure to support its growth and expansion.

Trepanier brings more than two decades of operations and supply chain leadership in the beauty industry. Most recently
he served as Chief Operating Officer at ILIA Beauty and advised beauty brands including Facile Skin, YISE Beauty, DedCool, Skindinavia, Kulfi Beauty and Emi Jay. Before ILIA, he served as Vice President of Operations for Urban Decay Cosmetics within L'Oréal's Luxe division.
