Derek Durley has been named Chief Operating Officer at Goldbug, one of the most trusted designers, manufacturers, and distributors of infant and children's accessories in the United States, creating product for clients like Walmart, Carter’s and Target. Durley will lead all aspects of Goldbug's global operations and end-to-end supply chain, bringing clarity, structure, and rigor across planning, procurement, product development, logistics, and quality.

A seasoned supply chain and operations executive, Derek brings over two decades of experience across some of the most recognized names in retail. He has held senior leadership roles at The Children's Place, where he served as SVP of Inventory Management & Global Sourcing, ascena, where he was EVP and Chief Planning & Supply Chain Officer overseeing Ann Taylor, Loft, and Lane Bryant, as well as Lands' End and Banana Republic.
