Jennifer Rojas

As Search Manager, Jennifer is a skillful project manager who works to ensure the high-quality and timely success of every executive search assignment. She also helps to drive the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer provided project support at the Rutgers Institute for Health where she implemented and co-chaired the DEI and Employee Resource group.
