Jerry Wu, Chief Marketing Officer

Holt Renfrew has appointed Jerry Wu as Chief Marketing Officer, where he will lead the evolution of the Canadian luxury retailer's marketing function, driving performance marketing, omnichannel customer experience, performance marketing and strategic luxury brand partnerships across the company's retail stores and national eCommerce platform.
Wu is a marketing and growth executive with over 20 years of experience scaling brands across luxury, beauty, retail and consumer goods. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Grande Cosmetics, where he owned enterprise marketing strategy and P&L, led global omnichannel brand and growth leadership across Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy's and 20+ international markets, and built high-performance teams integrating sales, merchandising, operations and finance. Prior to Grande Cosmetics, he served as Executive Director of Marketing & E-Commerce at AJ Madison, where he partnered with global luxury brands including Dacor (Samsung), LG and Asko on brand reinvention and U.S. market positioning, and directed e-commerce performance with direct P&L responsibility. Earlier in his career, Wu spent 13 years at Bloomingdale's, ultimately serving as Vice President of Marketing for Integrated & International Programs, where he created high-profile celebrity and brand partnership activations, managed full P&L and omni-channel campaigns, and engineered the retailer's industry-first Lunar New Year retail festival.
