ECCO has appointed global executive Wing Chan as APAC Regional Managing Director & Group SVP, responsible for unifying APAC, driving sustainable commercial growth, and managing stakeholder relationships to unlock and amplify the brand’s potential in the region.

Chan brings over two decades of commercial leadership experience across footwear, fashion, and lifestyle brands in Asia-Pacific. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Managing Director, APAC at Dickies, where she managed full P&L accountability and scaled it to profit. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Kipling (VF Corporation), Pandora, Bata Group, Samsonite, RSH Limited, and DFS Group, with responsibilities across merchandising and retail throughout Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
