Stephanie Alma

Stephanie Alma is a Senior Search Coordinator at Kirk Palmer Associates. Drawing on her background in fashion, retail and private equity, she facilitates white-glove client and candidate experiences while expertly leading project management for complex senior executive search assignments.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie gained exposure to the private equity industry as an executive assistant supporting talent acquisition at Oak Hill Capital and Lightyear Capital. Her earlier career experiences include office management at Madewell and community management at co-working concept Spaces.

A native New Yorker, Stephanie is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys kickboxing and fitness in her spare time.
