Sara Fay

Sara Fay is a Business Development and Marketing Manager at Kirk Palmer Associates. In this role, she supports the development of content and marketing materials that are engaging, data-informed, and tailored to each opportunity — reflecting KPA’s thoughtful and bespoke approach to every client engagement.

Sara is a Bay Area native who brings a global perspective and wide-ranging curiosity to her work. Her approach is also informed by a strong foundation in the executive search industry.

Previously, Sara served as a Senior Associate on the business development team at Raines International and as a Client Operations and Sustainability Associate at Heidrick & Struggles.

Outside of work, Sara lives in New York City with her husband. She can usually be found reading, watching sports, or out on a run in Central Park — and, of course, taking way too many photos of her dog, Ollie!
