Rachel Kolocotronis

Rachel Kolocotronis is an accomplished executive search professional with deep experience advising consumer-facing businesses on senior leadership talent. She brings a rigorous, high-touch approach to search, with an ability to understand both the needs of the organization and the motivations of the individual. Her style is thoughtful, candid, and highly relationship driven.

Prior to joining Kirk Palmer Associates, Rachel served as Vice President at a boutique executive search firm, where she led retained searches across the C-suite and senior executive ranks for public, private equity-backed, founder-led, and high-growth companies. Her work supported multi-unit consumer businesses across restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, and wellness, with an emphasis on brands built on strong customer loyalty, distinctive cultures, and hands-on operating models. Rachel began her career with Hillstone Restaurant Group, where she gained an operator’s perspective on how businesses translate strategy into execution. That foundation continues to inform her work in executive search today, giving her a deeper lens into how leaders operate, shape organizations, and ultimately influence business performance.

Outside of work, Rachel is a self-described foodie, avid cook, and lifelong cinephile. She can often be found testing a new recipe or exploring New York’s restaurant scene, and she loves traveling to experience the culture and cuisine of destinations around the world. Rachel lives in Brooklyn with her husband and dog.
