Lissette Debord

Lissette is a detail-oriented member of the Research team who supports the Director of Research on research initiatives across executive search assignments, including company mapping, industry and market research, competitive intelligence, and identifying potential executive talent. 

Lissette began her career in search in 2022 as a Search Manager at KPA, where she learned the executive search process. That foundation, combined with her natural curiosity, makes her a valuable member of the team. She also helps manage the firm’s proprietary database, ensuring its continued growth and diversification.
