Laura Fogel

Laura Fogel is the Director of Research at Kirk Palmer Associates. In this role, she delivers deep competitive intelligence, rigorous candidate mapping, and nuanced market insight to support complex executive search assignments.

Laura’s approach to research draws on more than 20 years of experience spanning executive search and management consulting, bringing a rare combination of analytical rigor and creative thinking. Earlier in her career, Laura worked in the research department at McKinsey & Company, where she honed her ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable insights. She has since built her executive search career across both boutique and global firms, including Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart, giving her a broad perspective across industries and search environments.

Laura holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and resides in New York with her husband and son.
