Kate Siepert

Kate Siepert is the Executive Assistant to MJ Scott, CEO of Kirk Palmer Associates. She joined the firm in 2018 and previously served as Director of Operations before being promoted to her current role.

Kate works closely with the CEO and firm's leadership team to support key priorities spanning operations, internal initiatives, and client experience. She brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong track record of strengthening internal processes, managing firm internal and external events, cultivating vendor partnerships, and overseeing financial administration, including accounts receivable and payable, banking activity, and financial recordkeeping.

Prior to joining the firm, Kate worked in the performing arts and in academia, including several years at her alma mater, the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in the UK. There, she developed and taught a professional development program for the MFA Acting course and managed the program’s international audition process.
