George Maropoulos

George Maropoulos is a Partner at Kirk Palmer Associates where he focuses on helping CPG and consumer companies hire C-suite leaders across finance, supply chain, marketing, sales, and R&D. Based just outside London, George brings a unique perspective that blends global business insights and deep consumer expertise with a consultative, relationship driven approach.

Prior to joining KPA, George gained diverse experience at renowned boutique search firms placing senior leaders across consumer retail and manufacturing businesses like Danone Group, Reckitt Benckiser, Diageo, and Unilever. He is an experienced partner to both global blue chips and PE-backed challenger companies with placements across the UK, Europe, North America, and APAC.

Outside of work, George is a keen cook and golfer. He is also a reader, a swimmer, and an occasional half-marathoner. He has a strong pull toward travel and new cultures, which is partly what draws him to international search work — often traveling alongside his wife, whom he met at university.
