Drew McKenzie finds inspiration in the industries he serves — worlds where brand, creativity, and commerce collide. As a Partner at Kirk Palmer Associates, he collaborates with premier companies to place executives into senior leadership roles across creative, eCommerce, digital product, growth, marketing, general management, technology, and operations, as well as president and CEO.

Prior to joining the firm, Drew served as Vice President - AI, Digital & Experience at BOND Creative MGMT. There, he consulted directly with founders, executives, and investors, developing global talent strategies and building high-impact teams for progressive brands in fashion, retail, beauty, AI, consumer tech, hospitality, entertainment, design studios, and innovation agencies.

Drew resides between New York and Miami with his wife and chihuahua. He has a lifelong passion for skateboarding and its enduring influence on culture.
