Her unique approach blends extensive agency recruiting experience as well as in-house exposure. Earlier in her career, Bevy led internal recruiting at Nike where she successfully found senior talent for the best-in-class organization and developed a deep appreciation for employee experience and culture. After living in NYC for 12 years and Nashville for 5 years, Bevy and her husband, Ian, now split their time between Ohio and The Bahamas. She is passionate about animal welfare and the environment.
