Alyssa Nuccio

Alyssa Nuccio is a Senior Associate at Kirk Palmer Associates. She leverages her experience recruiting executives for private equity-backed businesses, bringing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and a passion for connecting exceptional talent with high-growth companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa spent more than five years at PierceGray, leading searches for commercial executives across private equity-backed portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, she held roles in medical sales and relationship marketing, building a strong foundation in business development and client engagement.

A Pittsburgh native, Alyssa earned her MBA from The University of Akron. She now lives at the Jersey Shore, where you'll often find her spending Saturdays at the beach with a Rook Coffee in hand, enjoying fresh seafood by the water, or taking a hot yoga class.
