Alexa Gores

Alexa Gores is an Associate at Kirk Palmer Associates. In this role, she blends her experience growing consumer brands and her innate talent for connecting with people to build authentic and lasting relationships with the executive talent community.

Most recently, Alexa earned her MBA from the Wharton School, where she focused on early-stage consumer investing and worked with firms including True Beauty Ventures and Willow Growth Partners. Prior to Wharton, Alexa led business development at CASE Agency, partnering with both emerging and established brands across beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle to drive growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships. She is an avid consumer and market observer who brings her passion for retail and consumer brands to every executive search.

Alexa is a Los Angeles native who graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Southern California. She now resides in New York City where she enjoys exploring new restaurants in search of the perfect bowl of spaghetti aglio e olio. When she’s not recruiting exceptional talent, you'll likely find her hosting cozy dinner parties, strolling the West Side Highway with her dog Bruno, or channeling her inner Marie Kondo to create a life that’s equal parts mindful and joyful.
