Performance lifestyle apparel brand Rhone named Matthew Wallace as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations, finance, inventory planning, HR, and systems. Wallace brings over three decades of operational leadership and a foundation within family-owned, public, private, and PE-backed brands.

Wallace joins Rhone from DXM Inc., a profitable supply chain solution incubator that spun off from PVH, where he served as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. He has also held senior leadership roles at Walmart, PVH Corp. and Cerberus Capital, where he worked on global operations, digital transformation and business innovation.

“I’ve long admired Rhone, not only for the quality and integrity of its products but for the way it champions mental fitness, community and progress,” Wallace said.
