Three Bird Nest, an eCommerce boho fashion brand backed by Growth Factors, has appointed Hayley Spires as Chief Merchandising Officer, responsible for overseeing all facets of Merchandising, including private brand and marketplace buying.

Spires joins Three Bird Nest from Free People, where she led merchandising across outerwear, beauty, and wellness categories. Known for delivering strong business results through a data-driven approach anchored in deep customer insight, she has led high-growth strategies at legacy retailers, private equity-backed brands, and early-stage disruptors including Gap, Old Navy, Hanna Andersson, Girlfriend Collective, and Columbia Sportswear.
