Orva has appointed Stephanie Fox as Chief Executive Officer, where she will strengthen the e-commerce accelerator's marketplace capabilities, operational infrastructure, and brand partnership model as the company's first non-family CEO, building on 75 years of retail heritage to support continued growth across footwear, apparel, and consumer goods.

Fox is a consumer goods and e-commerce leader with more than two decades of experience scaling retail and digital commerce brands. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer at Thrasio, the consumer goods company that acquires and scales successful third-party brands on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. During her nearly seven years at Thrasio, she rose through roles of increasing responsibility, serving as SVP of Brand Operations and Chief Operating Officer before being named CEO. Prior to Thrasio, she served as Founder and CEO of Bravelets, where she built the brand to Inc. 5000 recognition and earned the Austin Business Journal's "Under 40" award for Entrepreneurship.
