Jinal Shah has been named to the Board of Directors at Mason Companies, Inc., where she will bring two decades of C-suite marketing, digital growth, and customer experience leadership to help guide the company's next phase of transformation.

Shah currently serves as Chief Marketing and Customer Officer at Zip, a digital financial services company, where she leads a 200-person team across marketing, comms, monetization, and customer experience, helping deliver a 10x increase in market capitalization and 10 consecutive quarters of profitable growth. She previously held senior leadership roles at venture-backed Feather, privately owned S'well, and Newell Brands, and spent six years as Global Digital Director at JWT working with clients including Rolex, Estée Lauder and Macy's. Shah holds a B.A. in Journalism from Temple University and is a Fellow of The Marketing Academy.
