Pat joined Kirk Palmer & Associates, Inc. in 2001.  Since joining the firm, Pat has conducted searches for a myriad of positions at both softline and hardline retailers and their related wholesale vendors. She is known for her disciplined approach in completing search assignments and her client focused attitude. Pat has an outstanding record of filling the most difficult searches.

Pat joined the firm after spending five years with another executive search firm, Kenzer Corporation. Pat was previously Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Petrie Retail, Inc., a $1.4B women’s specialty store retailer.  Priori to Petrie, she spent nine years at Bloomingdale’s in Human Resources where her last position was Director, Executive Placement. Her early experience included positions as Training Manager, Employment Manager and Personnel Manager with Bamberger’s.

A native of New Jersey, Pat graduated from Angelo State University in Texas.  Pat has homes in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has two grown sons.
