Nicole Phillips brings over 12 years of executive search experience to the firm. Most recently, she was Director of Leadership Talent with Limited Brands where she helped build their in-house executive search function and recruited numerous senior executives to the business. Prior to that, she spent over 8 years in retained executive search, with Heidrick & Struggles and most recently, Korn/Ferry in their Global Consumer & Retail practice. Nicole began her career in executive search with a generalist boutique firm, executing searches in a broad range of industries and functions.

The scope of Nicole’s recruiting experience includes senior-level general management, marketing and merchandising searches for specialty and mass retailers. In addition, Nicole’s partnership with multi-channel retailers has led to the completion of numerous placements in the direct and e-commerce space. She also has depth of experience in the recruitment of executives within the Beauty industry, both wholesale and retail.

Prior to her career in executive search, Nicole spent several years in the UK, where she worked for IBM (UK) Limited as an Account Manager.

Nicole is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland. A native of New Jersey, Nicole and her fiancé live in Jersey City, NJ with their two dogs.
