Molly Bell has been with Kirk Palmer & Associates since 1999. A nationally recognized figure among senior management in the industry, Molly Bell has spent a quarter of a century in the executive search field where her recruiting activities have encompassed all major functional areas of the retail business. Her assignments have included senior management positions ranging from Chief Executive, President and Chief Operating Officers to Vice Presidents in every function of the business.

Before joining Kirk Palmer Associates Molly spent many years in executive search with Levy Kerson, Kenzer and Business Careers. Earlier she was Director of Executive Placement for the Associated Merchandising Corporation. Molly began her retail career at B. Altman. Later she served as Divisional Merchandise Manager for Intimate Apparel and Children’s wear at Bonwit Teller. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College with a BA in History and English Literature.

A native of Massachusetts, Molly lives in Manhattan and has two grown sons and daughter.
