Kyle McClure joined Kirk Palmer & Associates in 2008 after working for several well recognized executive search firms, most recently Russell Reynolds Associates. In addition to working on senior search assignments in the retail and fashion industries, Kyle will also contribute to brand building and marketing initiatives at KPA.

Kyle began his career as an Inside Sales Representative for American Power Conversion. He then moved into the executive search industry joining Raines International in a research capacity. Kyle was subsequently recruited to join Kirkland West later as an Associate, where he executed searches across an array of industries focusing on senior level business development, corporate development and corporate strategy roles. From there Kyle joined Russell Reynolds Associates in their Industrials and Natural Resources practice as a Research Associate, where he assisted in conducting senior executive and Board searches for private equity and Fortune 500 clients.

Kyle is a graduate of Lafayette College and lives in Manhattan.
