Carolyn Barry joined Kirk Palmer & Associates after spending nearly 9 years as a Senior Associate with another retained executive search firm, Amrop Battalia Winston. She brings a wide range of out of industry experience from pharmaceuticals, financial services and industrial manufacturing and has recruited top talent in a variety of functional areas.
Previously, Carolyn was an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Services and Support Department with Merrill Lynch and with a primary focus on client services, she has held similar positions with a variety of global fortune companies over the course of her career.
Carolyn is a graduate of West Chester University with a BA in Economics and resides in New Jersey.
